Their AF waiver via phone banking is terrible. I tried twice (each after 7 working days) and it didn't work.
The customer service said it did not capture my requests despite the system said I'm entitled for the waive.
I called customer service to waive it manually, they never do it. When I called the 2nd time, they said my request was never logged.
I wonder what type/level of customer service they're outsourcing nowadays.
