Question, how come the photos look like bouncing again?

Did you set your focus to manual?

Hmm, like in the video right... can see your photo some shifted a bit.. not smooth cause if you're on a tripod composition is fixed right?

I think your camera refocus somehow. Next time you do this, try focusing then set to manual focus. See if it still happens or not.

yea i guess it is trying to hunt for focus as the scene changes everytime and it will go blank on the roof of the opera house in some scenes. Will try to shoot again next week! So what u mean is once i get the focus, straight away change to manual focus so that it will be consistent at all picture rite? I rmb there is a usage of aelock something like that. Not sure how to use it though. Yea i mounted it on my tripod and im still waiting for the timer remote control to arrive. Once it arrived it is all set to go! Cheers! icon_rolleyes.gif

AD? huh.gif

Step down my shutter speed or step up the ISO? Hmm... then what aperture setting will be recommended to capture the table of people when the bridegroom going from one table to another?
*
AD= Actual Day. Drag down the shutter means use a low ss.

As for the aperture, depends on what you want. Like if yam seng part you want.wide shot and get the guests into the context then you need to use smaller aperture to have sharper focus, else larger aperture if you want to bokeh out the background and single out the subject matter.

Yeah, what I would do is to focus then set to manual focus to ensure lens does not try to focus anymore. Then again, this is landscape your subject doesn't move (should not tongue.gif).

Gaodem your morning session already? biggrin.gif

I had used automatic ISO setting. Lowest SS at 1/80 and highest ISO at 1600. Flash set to i-TTL and flash sync 1/250. Flash aimed straight up and sometime one step towards the front. I tried shooting at aperture 5.6 and 8 also getting the background (further part) of the ballroom darkened as if there's no light sad.gif
