Anybody got the letter from Akisama on the 30% completion of the car park? It mentioned there is an amount that need to be settled by purchaser before specified due date. Today I just sign SPA, normally take how long for Bank to execute the disbursement?

I got back the stamped docs about 1-2 months after signing them, the LA is even longer. For your case, I think it's different since u just signed the SPA? I guess u can check with BigHouse on that. |
