I heard Block A1/A2 will be on sale only after completion???

I think it would be good if they do that. They have to ensure their build qualify is good or else no one will buy their completed product.

Hope not so fast my loan hasn't been executed yet

today received 2nd progressive payment for PE3 and also third progressive payment for car park.

Wondering how's the sales there so far? Not station there anymore, once HLB quota full. Which panel banker still station there?

OK that means it will be at least 2-3 months later for phase 3

my loan also not yet executed.
the 30% for car park also have to pay by cash 1st.
heard from Akisama say P3 2nd payment in July...
if the loan still not executed then really big headache for me...

July construction status is out ... finally see some structures for phase 3. LRT progress seems good too.
