Guys, am not worried. Just curious why they advertise the completion date for phase 3 much later instead of stated in SPA. Of course they will try to complete it on time or else we will get LAD.

I guess because
1) there are really darn a lot of units in this project, imagine over 4000+ of units 2) with the increase of price on each new block launching, ppls tend to think twice about the price 3) with the new lending guideline introduced by BNM, we clearly notice there is a slowdown for the past few months, not a bad sign though |
