Guys, am not worried. Just curious why they advertise the completion date for phase 3 much later instead of stated in SPA. Of course they will try to complete it on time or else we will get LAD.

How's your find out today?

The other day I drove my car and measured about 1.3KM,
not too bad, but the more worry is the width of the path.
The bridge is only 1 lane up and 1 lane down, not much space for walking.

Hopefully they will build a pedestrian bridge directly connect to the LRT station??

Just went to the sales office and found out still alot unit available for C1 , C2

I guess because

1) there are really darn a lot of units in this project, imagine over 4000+ of units
2) with the increase of price on each new block launching, ppls tend to think twice about the price
3) with the new lending guideline introduced by BNM, we clearly notice there is a slowdown for the past few months, not a bad sign though

Phase 1 E3 buyer, do you received 2nd progress payment request . just to double confirm whether any missing in mailing. btw, understand from my friend phase 3 already request dor 2nd payment.
