consolation, but as time goes by, when it went up like Kuchai avenue, then it stops , still a 260k product

The problem is the kids never cook egg before, all the while , the grandma teach his mother already, but the small kid know nothing without any experience how to cook egg, teach the grandma how to cook.

If the kid learned his knowledge (e.g. how to cook perfect boiled egg) from school, can he share with his grandma?

A very good analogy indeed. Yeap, kid has no idea what the heck is an egg for a start. Takes out a tomato from the fridge, and tells the grandma,

Kid:"Ah ma, come, let me show you how to cook egg. I'm very good at it, be it omelette, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, sunny side-up....blah blah blah..."

Grandma then plays along and answers, "That's so nice of you. Can I please have a hard boiled egg?"

Kid:"Sure, that's actually the easiest". The kid then starts by squishing the tomato contents into a bowl and beats it up....

The rest is history.

Icic, good advice. Those who invested in Kuchai Avenue or Parklane OUG, must have surely regretted then. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us. I wish I had followed all your advice. I totally regret that I bought Parklane OUG 3 years back at RM314k since value has dropped, only worth RM260k now.

I also regret to bought even below 300k, why i pay below 300k for 260k, look like all parklane buyers are damn except bear.
