QUOTE(kenjen @ May 26 2011, 06:03 PM) starting for B1 is 320k. B2 starting from 325k. Bro, which floor u bought? Cause Phase 1 E2 i bought MAX height is 14.....the one i bought is RM341K (due to higher floor and corner unit). add on 1 extra carpark, so the final price is RM356K. Added on May 26, 2011, 6:04 pm heard from my friend saying it's around 1KM from phase 1. don't know how true it is. In case for those who want to know. Listed below are Panel Banks for Parklane OUG, which I got it from Akisama themselves. Suppose to be eight only as the list below I got it few weeks back. Today when I call them they told me only 8. Forgot which one shouldn't be in the list. Could be either Alliance or HLB. -EON -Ambank -UOB -CIMB -Alliance -Public Bank -Hong Leong Bank -RHB -Standard Chartered |

QUOTE(hisoka44 @ Apr 9 2012, 12:12 AM) According my knowledge, MRTA is not compulsory. You can use your life insurance charge to the bank, which I sell a lot to my client. If you interested, PM me or reply here. Definitely cheaper without MRTA, cause the MRTA normally will add to your home loan together, then you have to pay extra 30yrs or even more for the interest of MRTA.. |

QUOTE(ecin @ Apr 12 2012, 06:33 PM) 100% confirmed MRTA is not something compulsory, but it's mandatory or else affects lending/borrowing rate (BLR -X). Yup, I do sell them MLTA or life policy to replace the MRTA. Hong Leong, HSBC and my company - ING also wont affect the borrowing rate.Simon, are you referring to MLTA or something similar but not identical? And, do you know for which Banks accept your this proposal by not affecting their lending/borrowing rate (BLR -X)? |

QUOTE(1282009 @ Nov 17 2012, 03:05 PM) I'm just curious. Are you buying the loan rejected units from phase 1 (block E) & 2 (block D)? So far the loan disbursed is only 10% (phase 3 block B/C) and the current units sold comes with DIBS. I bought the unit is soft launch. Parking portion all paid out already, but the residential unit just 10% paid out only.... |

QUOTE(woolei @ Apr 21 2013, 04:43 PM) When everyone heart about parklane, they always said "high density","jalan puchong is jam",negative feedback and etc. Yaya... me also heard a lot of negative feedback...but, just wait and see after completion what is the truth result...heheheBut i think it is really a good investment and middle income malaysian group own stay property. Even is not syok to stay, it can easily rent out to people who work in kl,old klang, puchong and cyber. For location vise the property is unbeatable. |
