2km is not a short distance. Moreover i heard you need to pass by the low cost flat. Not being disrespectful, i think you may not want to walk at night time passing by the flat area.

QUOTE(kbandito @ Jun 1 2012, 10:49 AM) Did lot number search and confirm the location is as attached. The shape is odd, however the boundaries of this drawings are not 100% accurate as i simply draw according to the land title, but location is 100% confirmed Amazing job, bro. How did you do this? Mind to share the tools that you used?

QUOTE(propertyselangor @ Aug 13 2012, 02:33 AM) For your info, Ho Chin Soon has chosen Kinrara Army Camp as his LCG. His LCG will "move" from time to time, depending on development (and developer ) As of now, his prediction is at the army camp there.

QUOTE(LCL01 @ Sep 15 2012, 10:44 PM) 4000 units in one project wonderwhy ppl still go for it. It will be going to be a high dense apartment area I would say it's because of low entry price. Akisama really has the "ong" as they were riding on the property boom period. The vicinity projects at across the bridge near to Bkt OUG side also selling much higher, from RM400psf onwards (around the time when Parklane started to offer its project). Hence the plunge. One thing I admire about this developer is the speed and the number of heavy machines they put in the site. Really hats off. And the late night working hours...

QUOTE(LCL01 @ Sep 16 2012, 08:36 PM) Investment behavioral bias. When someone has already made an investment decision, he/she will find more supportive information to underpin his/her decision. Not necessarily bro...i for one not vested in this project, though initially did give it a thought. But just for the sake of the interest in improving my shallow knowledge in property which makes me study why certain projects can sell so well. If you have any other counter points (apart from high density of 4000units), we can always engage in a good discussion. Cheers...

QUOTE(1282009 @ Oct 10 2012, 01:18 AM) Really? I thought starting price is 365k for A2. Yeah heard from agent saying that lowest is RM365k, highest is RM416k. Those who went in early made handsome paper profit

QUOTE(1282009 @ Jan 3 2013, 07:09 PM) I was told no photos can be taken in the sales office. U managed to capture it By the way, how about block A1, the final block? With this I think this developer can complete selling all the units by mid this year. Amazing indeed! Must be quite easy to take now since few forumers said the SA just ignore buyers walking in, busy chitchating among themselves...

QUOTE(babynoteeth @ Jun 17 2013, 12:27 AM) Wow...the progress is very fast. But the window structure seems to be out of alignment, not so straight. Choice of color is dull too.

Passed by yesterday. Yes, indeed looks better. Planting some trees in the vicinity will make it look grander.
