Judge it yourself,Kenji. To me, I don't quite like it...pinkish with matt surface...weird.
Look more like kitchen tiles......sigh, normally is gloss finish.

Looks like maid's room or kitchen tiles. My developer gave me similar matt off white tiles for my kitchen. I dint bother to change mine. But for bedrooms, it looks cold. Would cost a fortune to redo. Better buy some carpets.

Added on December 16, 2011, 4:39 pmOne good thing about tiles is easy maintenance. Wood is hard to keep scratch free.

I have this in my new DMC that I just signed 2 weeks ago. I requested the lawyer to add this in. Maybe you need up speak to your lawyer.

but i thought this should be standardized across all buyer, no ?

i have this

service charge; 100 for guarded neighbourhood; 50 for community area and facility

for the first 2 years only commencing on the date of delivery of vacant possession of th said lot and thereafter to be determined by the developer at their sole discretion fro mtime to time.

i wonder, how would the lawyer agree to let me sign a new DMC consider mine is stamped unless MS agree upon ?

do you mind send me a scan copy of the schedule ?

Hi all,

I'm a 2.5 stories(TMS) buyer, just dropped by to some 2.5 stories and 3 stories link houses.

very disappointing with the first impression on the product. The car porch area is so darn short and can just nicely fit a sedan car from head to tail, doubt there's any space left for movement. And the entrance(gate size) to each house is very narrow as well, blocked by stupid bulky trash/mail box pillar and electric meter pillar on both sides of the gate area.(Totally off from the brochure and advertisement) I really doubt can drive in 2 cars into car porch area.

Material used looks really cheap and lousy from such established developer and with such high premium price.

Bad Security guard house, bad planning on the whole linked-house residential area, bad mixture of outlook design(spoil the image).

Really regret and feel fooled by "The Premier Lifestyle Experience" from TMS.

Every project is using indonesian, the responsibility shall fall on the developers to consistently requesting better finishing from their sub-con. There ought to be issue during construction, then the developer should be paying more attention to ensure those issues are rectified and if not, then dont sign off.....

The mat finish tiles is only for kitchen right? I thought they are giving procelain tile for all living and dining area?

By the way, try not to supervise the progress of your own unit, give them chance to finish the work...i can understand the eagerness and frustration, but sometimes, it will just frustrate the contractor. IT is the developer responsibility to ensure the house quality is maintained. In addition, sometimes, it might look damn ugly, but, after they finish and clean it up, it should look much better.

Of course, it is always good to give pressure to developer otherwise, they will try to commit known crime.......
