Every project is using indonesian, the responsibility shall fall on the developers to consistently requesting better finishing from their sub-con. There ought to be issue during construction, then the developer should be paying more attention to ensure those issues are rectified and if not, then dont sign off.....

The mat finish tiles is only for kitchen right? I thought they are giving procelain tile for all living and dining area?

By the way, try not to supervise the progress of your own unit, give them chance to finish the work...i can understand the eagerness and frustration, but sometimes, it will just frustrate the contractor. IT is the developer responsibility to ensure the house quality is maintained. In addition, sometimes, it might look damn ugly, but, after they finish and clean it up, it should look much better.

Of course, it is always good to give pressure to developer otherwise, they will try to commit known crime.......

well, a lot of developments now are giving simple gate design. This one perhasp is a bit thin...they will paint the gate later on.

2S is 750k++ right, i remember mid of last year the price was around RM790k. Looks like the price is stablizing. 20-30% increase is about the same prior to 2008 for completed property (newly VP).

yes and no.....yes, there are plenty of million dollar 2S link house. No, not many can afford, but still quite a number of them

Also, you have to understand that 2S link house nowadays might not be the same as those previously built. Some of the latest 2S comes with big land area (e.g. 24/26 x 80), some comes with club house wihtin a G&G, some are nicely buildup, etc.

Even those old 2S link house in certain area like TTDI, Bangsar, Taman Desa, Seputeh , many already have a price tag of more than 1 mil. at DPC, normal 22x75 (Safa), already commanding about RM1.4 mil.
