Wasn't checking about the floor tiles much as the floor is covering by plastic sheet. But you can always judge it by yourself looking at the wall tiles in toilets below. Hey......I walked in.. brows.gif

I don't think it's a good idea to go in group(s) (not like we are permitted to go in). I went in few times (alone and sometime with a partner). Workers / contractors will look at you as you past by... Imagine if you're in a group of 4, chatting / sighting / seeing like tourists... not good

Antz, you seem very particular on the gap between tiles, so I've got this picture specially for you.

Well, it's very subjective. To me, it's acceptable.
Met a contractor, he told be 2.5 storey is inspected by CONQUAS quality (65/100) minimum.

This is consider a better news to us. In fact, I never expect they will comply to CONQUAS standard.

I actually thought only 3storey c/w CONQUAS, but the contractor told me 2 & 2.5 storey are complying to CONQUAS as well, but they're checking on selected units only, not all.

Notice that most of the rooms are c/w aircond drain pipe only...you have to lay the copper pipe yourself. As for tile, pretty same as the 3storey show unit, but upper floors are using 500x500 tile....mostly KIMGRES

Normally copper pipe is not included. Standard A/C installation should include at least 10 feet copper pipe.

500 x 500mm same as 1.5 x 1.5 ft? I thought it will be 1 x 1.

Yah, I thought the same too, I was surprised when I saw those boxed tiles placed on the 1st floor was 500x500....only the rooms at ground floor are using 1x1...

another info from the contractor...for 2.5storey, the proposed staircase going up to the back aisle is now omitted, the retaining wall is constructed toward the backyard of 2storey.

Sorry, don't quite get you. How is it going to benefit us if the staircase is remove?

Now the eyesore is the staircase railing + balcony railing.

MS, do something about this !

if you look at the layout plan, you will see a staircase at your backyard. for 2.5storey only. which means, if you want to go to the back-lane you will have to climb up, coz the level is higher than your backyard. but for the latest design, backlane and backyard are same level.
