Nothing much from my side except I received a letter from MS informing construction is now at 65% and they are collecting payment from bank.

i called Swan & Partners last friday, Asiah who in-charged the loan told me that MS not yet sign the MOT, so lawyer firm not yet advice the bank to release the loan.

In this case why MS keep asking the bank to release the payment since the delay is on their side?!!!

which row your house is? mine just 35% as quite some time didn't receive letter from MS

Mine 2nd row. I think a lot of owners for other units also went into my unit and checked as it one of those almost complete

I think there are 2 rows where you are facing 2 1/2 and also behind 2 1/2 no?

only 1 street Jalan DU 4/2 is facing 2.5 sty and behind also 2.5 sty


Jalan DU 4/4 is facing 2 sty, then behind is 2.5 sty

Anyone gets 'impressed' by the mild steel railing? hmm.gif I personally not sad.gif .... a half a mil house by other developer gives better railing like glass.....

how is the finishing of the floor tiles? is the gap between tiles reasonable? I noticed the new bungalow show house unit's floor tiles gap look awful. (TMS, hear this???)

Wasn't checking about the floor tiles much as the floor is covering by plastic sheet. But you can always judge it by yourself looking at the wall tiles in toilets below. Hey......I walked in.. brows.gif
