SBC business Plat is 0.5% and with reward points. Whether Essential has reward points too besides 1% cash rebate?

It is purely a cash back card. No other attractive benefits.

Talking with HLB, my EON bank credit card each time swipe more than RM2k, eonbank will ring me about the translation.
Yesterday I swipe more than RM2K but HLB didn't call me for verification. Since like EON lost more customer after merge to HLB

HLB is a Chinaman company that always spends minimum to satisty customers. Their target market is used to the mid to mid low end Chinese segment. Pity those ex-EON staff who are receiving VSS due to merger.

there are some features like EON call for cash and EON balance merged in HLB already. So HLB CC able to use that features also ?

If u call to bank by using the eon number, u still can get the eon package. These two banks credit card department still work independently.

wonder how, in future, eon bank card holder will have same benefit as HLB card holder?

Actually, some EON credit cards offer more benefits than what HLB credit cards can give.

then next time EON cc will deteriorate, since HLB promo is very less, benefit also not good

Do not expect much from HLB, a Chinaman company, sucking money without spending much.

Just some information to share.....

Today HLB retention Department call me to retain my HLB touch N Go,I cancel due to the auto reload of RM 2 for RM 100.00 and reload touch n go is much easier, most petrol station can download and PLUS got discount some more....

Their retention option for customer is (force you to keep the card is as following)

1) Refund your Touch N Go balance to credit card and pay the redemption of RM 5.00

2) Use your card until finish in 3 mths if not finish watever balance burn (I got balance about RM 120+, 1 day i use Rm 0.60,how to use finish 3 mths)

In the end, I choose option 1 more beneficial..

But when I switch from Essential Card to Fortune Card, the bank refund my touch n go balance without fee...

HLB can do this kind of bank policy because they r 1 of the anchor bank or powerful bank and most important CHINA MAN COMPANY haha....

looks like there are more and more people complaining about HLB. i've overcome few blogs that also give bad review on HLB. seriously, their new marketing strategy is just plain stupid.

This because HLB POWER BANK LIAO MA, they do not give a damn to Kacang Putih or Small Potato Customer ma....

this is not the first time happen, if u search from this thread, this happen a lot of time, even u cancel the card they will think whatever reason to stop u from cancelling the card

Just back from HLB, the stuff is suck, very slow, inefficient......

Their BT or Cash On Call is good as because is quite flexible. This I agree with you...

But do you know tat the CSR gets commission so sometimes this few CSR will be very good to you.....haha....

Don't keep complain. I just came back from HLB and I'm quite happy with the service.

U give them earn money, of course u get good service la....
