I also feel that once EON bank take over the Hong Leong bank, the Customer service really disappointed. 

And also very realistic. Especially when took out the Fixed deposit from Hong Leong bank (Due to too low interest rate compare to other bank provider ), they request me go to front counter and get the withdraw slip BY YOUR OWN Self. Not only that, sometimes the details I quite don't understand and I direct ask to the counter staff, they direct shoot me u go to ask the front customer service. There is a staff standing there and guide you how to write.  I'm very curious why the counter staff don't willing help me to fill the details. Is it afraid write wrong or what?

ONLY I say this word to you. The Hong Leong bank customer service EPIC FAIL The FIRST LOUSY and poor customer service bank in Malaysia~ (You achieve this awards, Hong leong bank~ )

Lol. This bank is not good. I had a car loan from eon bank. I had a lot of unnecessary hassle from them just to settle the last payment and get them to do the hak milik removal.

I prefer the old eon bank. Fortunately, I did recognize one staff from eon bank and he was very helpful. But other than that, nothing special about this bank. You'd think they'd be at least fast and efficient like Public bank assuming they are the typical Chinese named bank but nope. Not even close.

i have already cancel my HLB card. totally a useless card compared to other banks. POints collection method..cheh...

their service TERUK and theres no point for me to maintain them.

i applied ocbc. quite good with higher % of rebate

now every month have flash rebate as well

ocbc gives is 50% discount for a maximum of rm200 so you save rm100 every month for shopping of a particular brand

Your transfer limit setting is not correct. I just transfer 14k not too long ago. Just login to website and change the setting once and for all.

Well, I told you out of good faith and because I tried it and it works. I knew the app has settings but it's incomplete. Just spend 2 minutes login into your hlb account on your chrome and see it for yourself. Why do you want to waste 2 minutes typing this reply instead of trying it and then only fcuk me when it didn't work. I'm not sure whether it's because the change to be connect or duitnow but my settings is gone too. I can't even transfer 20k to my hlebroking account after adjusting the limits in the app. Just login with chrome and there will be a lot more limits to set. There's separate limits for duitnow, ibg, 3rd party hlb, hlebroking, qr, and so many more. The app is still inferior.

Funny thing is you complain cs is rubbish but when other people give suggestions, you brush it off saying cs already reset for me. Didn't you reply here because cs knew shit?

I have no issue with hlb.. I think they are the best among all

CIMB has digitalise so much, so does HLB yet HLB is much more better than CIMB
