is it the specs use in the show room is the actual? (except for the wallpaper la tongue.gif )
how bout bathroom specs? someone from cari forum said that the floor tiles is different type and the wall tiles only half not full tiles

floor tiles is full until height level...but only 1 color...showroom is mix with white n black but ony white in actual

by the way, today the star got this adv...2pages smile.gif cincai cincai this adv cost around 20k whistling.gif whistling.gif

Prob about RM23xk gua... Call their office to ask la. i noticed 1 thing their sales strategy. Block B-8-13A starts with Rm219k, B-9-13A 249K, B-10-13A 250K, B-11-13A 252K....??
There are only 2 units of 829sf with Rm219k. Theres a big jump of price from 8fl -9fl of abt 30k, then 2 k subsequently. Very difference leh... anybody can elaborate?

No, y should it be. DIBS is just helping u to pay for the interest.

But market price at 2014 is not guaranteed to be higher than your loan amount, this much is true la biggrin.gif

yes, i saw that too.. i ask the SA, but they are not pro, ask them 10, 9 donno.. however, the 219k units were booked according to the SA... i guess this is their strategy, put 1 or 2 units selling price at very low to attract ppl..... i saw that time B-8-13A is 219k, B-9-13A is 229k only, different 10k.... while B-10-13A is 230k....different 1k...
