have you seen the actual site? it is located 100-150m to the left of the showunit (if you're facing batu caves).. already put the 'construction fence'
from my observation, it is block A and B will be facing the cement factory..block D will be the furthest from the factory..correct me if im wrong..

btw, the bank person havent called me yet..i have email my docs since monday..i asked them to acknowledge if they receive my docs, but they didnt acknowlegde..haihzzzz

And still got booth in Jusco Kepong lol. Cause they never expected it to be selling so well, they lined up a lot of promotion area i think. banners along kepong and mrr2 too.

i've ask 3 banks
1. maybank blr-2.3/2.4) and they said they are not financing this project
2. public bank blr -2.2 also no financing this project, but can apply. application take sometimes.
3. eon bank only blr -1.9, so i din ask much.

Guys, I went to the sales office this morning. Saw on the board Block B and C smallest unit highest floor still have. mid floor lvl 18 also got. The SA said the discount still got. Why they said Sun last was the last day of dsicount??? Not convincing though.

You may compare the current listed price to the 'burung' day price..

Hi, anyone have recommended Public Bank SA contact number? i heard the rate can go up to -2.4 but LTV is only 80%...

When ppl call up, salesman say left a few units only.
Next time ppl will know this project very in demand.
