SA said S&P is free if loan agreement also use the same panel lawyer...there is no way that use 2 different lawyer for S&P and loan agreement. if we apply own lawyer for loan agreement, then S&P will no longer free...
pls clarify if i'm wrong...

my cousin is a lawyer so i think of appoint him as my loan agreement lawyer, but if i use him means i no longer enjoy free S&P????? icon_question.gif

is it the specs use in the show room is the actual? (except for the wallpaper la tongue.gif )
how bout bathroom specs? someone from cari forum said that the floor tiles is different type and the wall tiles only half not full tiles

my ambank banker just call and say legal fee cannot include to loan amount anymore (apply to all bank?)... cry.gif
but mrta is optional of cz i choose not to take mrta tongue.gif

ur loan amount >300k is it that's y u get -2.5 and -2.4?

if you appoint outside lawyer, other than didnt get ipad, you also cant get free S&P...you gotta pay yourself then

she offer me the purchase price she bought (no mark up) ... then only reliaze that she enjoy the 10% early bird and she didnt tell me . she just say i got to pay her 10% as downpayment ... buta buta untung my 10% mad.gif
