Cutealex is right, Raintree side is more condusive for own stay. Not to mention the excellent limestone hill view there.

For investment, depending on the price to "negate" the major con of cement plant..

OK, spoke to one of the SA, now I get what you mean, you get to choose either DIBS or 4% disc, on top of the 5% disc.

To add, there will be a fix 5k discount, but, prices has been jacked up to 220k and not from 200k as

yeap, they go by all units 2 cp, those 7th floor and below gets 3 cp

so its beneficial for block b and c just to pick units closer to a & d for the shared usage of the lifts , if not picking a & d itself

ermm resi starts from 8th floor rite? or 9th .. for block B and C , A & D starts from first floor , or second ... sweat.gif

But market price at 2014 is not guaranteed to be higher than your loan amount, this much is true la biggrin.gif

Yea wannagetbuffed is right, but the ipad is ready after the first disbursement of your loan, not upon signing spa etc etc.. so ...... lets hope our developer fast hand fast legs bring in the machineries la !
