i guess ambank offer blr-2.2, while cimb offer -2.1, so lower interest rate, which is ambank, will be a better deal, and block b is nearer to ktm.

he is asking block B and C, not A wor.... i think block B and C got many small units..and block A & D mostly duplex...no? if i were to choose one unit from this, i choose block B, nearer to KTM...

actually have u guys ever thought of how to go back home during thaipusam week? really take ktm to work for the whole week? before booking the unit, besides YTL cement, traffic jam during thaipusam is my main concern. my friends who works there told me wil be jam for the whole week.... or i should stay at relatives house?

yes, i saw that too.. i ask the SA, but they are not pro, ask them 10, 9 donno.. however, the 219k units were booked according to the SA... i guess this is their strategy, put 1 or 2 units selling price at very low to attract ppl..... i saw that time B-8-13A is 219k, B-9-13A is 229k only, different 10k.... while B-10-13A is 230k....different 1k...
