Need to check with valuer 1st lor... however.. 90% of the current value confirmed as bank willing to provide 90% DIBS..

I thought both CIMB and Ambank both locking period also 3 yrs.
So if u take DIBS, when project completed, just refinance.
So in the end it doesn't matter what bank right.

hmm.. not sure. thats why i need option. but their islamic loan is with no lock in period. and now their rate is blr-2.3 or 2.4

I submitted my docs on monday evenin.....according to Ambank officer, should know the status by friday...but CIMB officer told approval status may take 1 week.....am kind off worried on the approval since im a fresh grad.... sad.gif
