ipad2 no jb yet. ipad3 might be launch this sept/oct with iphone5 also, early this year there was already a rumour there will be 2 ipads this year. so, maybe we still got hope to get ipad3  am i in right forum? |

the first payment from Bank to developer is so long? or that is for ppl with LTV 70%?

Guys, i'm taking less than 90% loan too & plan to bring my appeal to the developer's attention on this ipad thing when they issue billing for 2nd 10% piling.
Anyone for a group joint appeal ?

Guys, anybody still pending loan approve? CIMB giving 90% but no DIBS. Ambank's quota full, but opening new quota.
My due date to sign LOn SPA on 11/7/11. AmBank so slow. SA promised can know status on 4/7/11, but up till today no answer...
Anybody in same boat? Is CIMB without DIBS a good take?
CuteAlex and guys advise please....
No Ipad 2 for sure...

Basically not. But after 30 days and further time ext, you may get terminated. CIMB BLR -2.2%. Alliance not approve altogether. PBB giving only 85% loan only due that dev never inform their package have 5% discount. OCBC not doing, said quota already full, ot opening new quota anymore. That time Bank Islam not in panel.

I called up the lawyer office because it has been 1 month ago since I signed the SnP, and you the staff in the lawyer office asked me whether I paid the 1% deposit??? They told me they can't find the prove of payment which was why they did not proceed to let the developer to sign the SnP.
So terrible.

I took a photo of the credit card payment slip and had to send it to the staff there. The next day she told me she have received my email but have not looked at it yet. She told me to wait for 2 weeks while they process the LA and they would call me.
Btw, when I called up earlier, she went like " Oh! you are XXX.... I have been trying so long to get to you on your phone but no one picked up." This is not true at all, I usually return all my miss calls.
