I called up the lawyer office because it has been 1 month ago since I signed the SnP, and you the staff in the lawyer office asked me whether I paid the 1% deposit??? They told me they can't find the prove of payment which was why they did not proceed to let the developer to sign the SnP.

So terrible.

I took a photo of the credit card payment slip and had to send it to the staff there. The next day she told me she have received my email but have not looked at it yet. She told me to wait for 2 weeks while they process the LA and they would call me.

Btw, when I called up earlier, she went like " Oh! you are XXX.... I have been trying so long to get to you on your phone but no one picked up." This is not true at all, I usually return all my miss calls.
