Any get loan approved other than amb bank?
I get to now from pb banker that public bank is giving good package for loan > 200k, BLR -2.5 first year, and -2.4 for remain years. But not sure if that applies to amara services residence as i read from this forum, it shall be same -2.2 across all panel banks except cimb... A bit confused.  Anyone can help to clarify? |

Anyone signed the Loan Agreement?
My lawyer asks me to sign next week, but my stupid bank agent still not yet gao dim my sub Letter of Offer for the MRTA changes. Damn this camel bank, until last step also so slow... if not rushing for ipad2, really wont get this stupid camel....  |
