I requested for 5MB and I finally got >4mb speed, otherwise it's just below 3.5mb
Call the operator and ask to increase the speed

Btw I just got the first bill for my 4mb and it's more than 200 include phone rental charges??
I guess I'll have to call them to rectify this.

This morning I went to TM point and ask the lady to cap my speed at5mbps so that I can get speed around 4 something rather than just now that always below 3.5..the lady just keep telling me that TM can't do it because it based on the package that is I cannot get speed greater than 4...what should I do now so that they cap my line at 5?

It should be RM140 including rental charge rite?
