does the coverage for 4mbps is difference than the 1mbps?
i am using 1mbps now and planning to upgrade it...does the 4mbps package have quota volume?

how many days exactly for them to upgrade my system because i am register on last friday and they said they will send their technician on sunday to check the connection in my area(i dont know whether the technician was came or not because they said they want to check my area not my house) ..and now it's tuesday i checked my speed and it's still same..

i am upgraded my 1mbps to 4 last friday and till today my connection still the same not changed yet...i call 100 this morning and they need to configure my account today and my 4mbps will active after 24 hours ...is it true??

can i adjust the downstream rate by myself because it's been 2weeks but nothing changes to my speed..the technician had come to my house he just replace my modem with the new one but i am a bit weird because he change the same like the old one which is dlink 2640B

but mine is cap on 4094...can i request to cap at 5120 and how? which is better cap at 5120 or 6142? |

my line currently capped at 5MB and normally when i download filesonic file the speed is 3++kbps and seldomly hit 4++ speed..is there any software i can throttle up my download?
