here is my DL speed for 5 days...is the AAG cable still down?

well, it's quite an improvement from my 1mbps package..
although the dload speed is still the same..

how come the DL is the same u already upgraded

Just an update to my problem so anyone who has the same error knows.

I wrote to TM and was informed that the TM technician was unable to contact me (my phone is on 24/7 and never received the call). They gave me his contact details and asked me to make an appointment.

So I called the guy and arranged a day for him to come over to my house. Checked the line status (SNR margin & attenuation) and found no issue, proceeded to increase my sync rate at 5016/512. Then I just waited for the next working day, line was already upgraded.
