recently i upgrade from 1bps to 4mbps .. but my speed is still got 1mbps .. so i went to Tm point and tell them .. officer said to me now im running on 4mbps .. if still got 1mbps .. wait technical to come ur house for fix .. my question is why need to technical come my house .. for what? which thing need to change setting or what? now i long time to wait .. not yet ready come

Then, they go to your place to check if the line is stable and also report in the theoretical speed you can receive, including attenuation. If it fits, you'll get it within a few days. I think they increase it in incremental stage. I got 2mb speed for 2 days then 4mb after that. btw why officer said now my streamyx is running on 4mbps |

i lazy to wait technical ..
.. now my speed is still 1mbps .. however when i check modem status i got download speed 5 mbps +  .. what wrong ..  |

no .. they not yet ready come .. i waiting they almost 2 week
.. today i went tm point again and officer said my account problem or something he say (but i can't remember what she say ).. so wait 2 day and wait calling from them .. wtF .. i really disappointed .. actually should be sent tech to my house .. right? now i thinking i should call 100 for calling tech to my house or still wait next 2day ?  |

 . haha .. speed is going up to 10 mbps + haha .. i know it's maybe speedometer bug xD |
