You can go to tmpoint and collect the free dect phone after your line has been upgraded.
I got mine last week eventhough the technician said that my package was not eligible.

Added on October 31, 2011, 10:32 amI got charge for Internet Package RM 157 for this month's bill. Called TM 100 and being informed that those extra charges are pro rated. Perhaps they charge me extra 110+47(4MB package) from the date of activation to 4MB. Only next month the internet bill will be RM140.
Anyone ever encounter such xtra charges for internet?

The rental rm 26.00 will be removed starting from 25/10.

Staying at Subang and using 4MB for pass 3 months. currently im facing frequent DSL blinking problem and using the Default modem was provide by TM.

Any tips to help me solve this issue

Yeah so lag can't play my fav. games online.getting fragged like nuts by others.This is frustrating when ppl keep asking "hey m8 where ur from?.Your ping is like shi8" or "you should'nt play here if ur ping like that".When will they fix this...waaaaa..

My speedtest only got below 2Mbps starting last night...

Complaint to TM due to my line only give me 3.5mbps on average and they told me about the 80% best effort policy which they said exist in the contract. Actually I'm ok with it until the technician said 'its supposed to be like that' which imo is totally wrong. You should apologized if you cannot give the promised speed and works toward improving your system, instead they kinda 'satisfied' with the current system.

80% means for them, free money for every 4 people subscribed. (take 20% from 4 customer =80%).

how do you get 5mbps on 4mbps?

guys, when i downloading 5 http files, sure got 1 or two files fail, or worse all stuck in the middle of half way when downloading.

Is this happen to you?

currently i'm on combo 1mbps pkg...but yesterday i've pay a visit to TM Point to upgrade to BB 4mbps...now waiting for the technician to come and test... my distance from the terminal is 0.43km....hopefully everything is ok....
