I'm applying for 4Mbps BB deal and already confirmed my area has port with technician before going to TMPoint. It hasn't been a week yet so I'll just wait until this Saturday.
What I don't understand is the RM10 upgrade incentive. The TM staff who processed my application didn't even mention about this. Order cancelled problem
Just an update to my problem so anyone who has the same error knows. I wrote to TM and was informed that the TM technician was unable to contact me (my phone is on 24/7 and never received the call). They gave me his contact details and asked me to make an appointment. So I called the guy and arranged a day for him to come over to my house. Checked the line status (SNR margin & attenuation) and found no issue, proceeded to increase my sync rate at 5016/512. Then I just waited for the next working day, line was already upgraded. |
