Just upgraded my line to 4meg. Kudos to my colleague who managed to get me upgraded via phone instead of going to TM Point.

So far getting 400kbps on direct download.

My technician already arrive yesterday. My port also already set at 5mbps(thanks to the nice technician). But my appointment time at 8pm today.. so maybe i wait till 8. After 9 nothing i'll make a scene at tmpoint.

anyone using 4mbps izzit facing slow on filesonic?

i just upgrade my 512package to 2mbps last thursday when the technician came to my house in the evening...that nite straight away can see 1.7mbps on speedtest...but my problem till today the download speed is the same as 512package which is less than 30kb/sec.

is this normal? the technician said wait till 3 working days but same day also can use...exactly that nite can use already.

or do i need to wait tomorrow or the next day to complaint?

what do you mean not enough bandwidth? unifi is only 5mb compare to streamyx 4mb. shouldn't be big difference enough right?

check with tmpoint! may be your area not support 4mbps! you should apply for block buster 4 mbps at RM140/month.

have anyone used streamyx zone id? if yes, how is the performance?

I'm applying for 4Mbps BB deal and already confirmed my area has port with technician before going to TMPoint. It hasn't been a week yet so I'll just wait until this Saturday.

What I don't understand is the RM10 upgrade incentive. The TM staff who processed my application didn't even mention about this. The BB deal brochure at TMPoint specifically state it's only RM140 per month. Can anyone who applied 4Mbps before confirm this?
