Yes I agreed, this "bug" also on Panasonic TV.

Good amp also cannot fix that echo problem. I'm using yamaha AVR and tried all settings to reduce that echo and it still fail.
I also got same experience with Akademi Fantasia Final Concert HD which is also got high echo.

What i can say is rubbish in rubbish out.

So Assthrow ECHO is incurable

Disconnected my Astro via phone already. Feels good!
If you have no more contract, you only have to return the smart card. My new housemate will upgrade his Astro account to the Superpack 1 since we can share the monthly charges. He is already a PVR user.

My housemate moved in today. He brought his Astro set with him, and since his set is PVR, we decided to keep only his account.

On my Sharp TV, the HDMI1 is right at the top of the AV input list.
Maybe the B.yond Remote selects the first AV input..

Else you can also press the AV button (bottom left) on B.yond remote to select AV input

Subsequent recording of other HD channels seem to be perfect.

Let's say if I watch show midway and I press the R button, it actually records the WHOLE show from Beginning to End. Love this feature !!!
