juz received my myofusion...when i open the box n see,its powder in tub only almost half of full..is thr original cum ady like tat?this is my 1st time take gaspari supplement.

eh, somehow rage doesnt give me the pump i need. they say one scoop is more than enough. i'm taking 1.5 now! tats after 2 weeks off cycle from sp250.

That's 1 thing also,few people I know took it and told me its crap,but I take 1 scoop before fasted training and I feel great.

I guess every one gotta figure out what works for you!

So i tried jack3d. First thing in the morning, 1 scoop of the powder, drink it up and wait till the tingling effect that was mentioned all over the review. Indeed i had the feeling but not strong. It feels like last time after i jog, my thigh will have the needle poke feeling. But this juice make me have it all over my body and even face. Den i had 4 hardboiled eggs.

after 45mins, head to gym.

1st thing to do after warming out was squat.
i used to only squat at 60kg, then max to 65kg. but when i do the 2nd set at 65kg, i felt it was lighter than be4, added 10kg. so 75kg. i managed to squat for 10reps! add 10 more kg at set 4, 85kg for 6 reps!

after than i do bicep curl and even hit on treadmill for 30mins!

jack3d really jacks u up to the max! i lasted 2 hour & 30 mins today in gym. Resting time also shorter. i fell really focus and really can push myself to the limit.

and im up for 16 hours already. now cant sleep! the caffeine is too strong for me...

i took it after makan malam b4 gym and 5hrs later had superdump max in toilet!

gaspari myofusion milk chocolate flavour din mixes so well n let me feel hot aftr take it..

Am using that and it mixes just fine.

chocolate mint is even thicker!

use a shaker and drink more water.

gt try shake in water bottel n cn mix better...i take myofusion after breakfast ,postworkout n before bed am i right?
