Also those who are creatine loading and going on a cut. It's a bit more complicated than creatine just giving one a bloat to prevent one from looking lean. If your aim to fat loss and you want to deplete glycogen, creatine actually assists intramuscular glycogen retention.

You get the idea.

Btw.... I'm already less than 8% bodyfat. See split in chest thru when I'm not even trying to flex. =P

Hey, just want to know. Can supp be ship to Japan?

Can those supp (especially in powder form) pass the Japan imigration?

Afraid they might think of it as a drug.

Sorry if i might bump into the wrong thread...usually stick with this thread though.

Hi guys, anyone is using Dymatize Elite Whey?
Is it as good as Myofusion or Myofusion Hydro?

Dymatize Elite is a whey isolate supplement. Myofusion is a protein blend. Based on that they're not the same. Better or not, depends on how you use it, ie with a solid diet. Taste wise, I prefer Myofusion.

Great, so Whey isolate is similar to ON whey protein.
Since Myofusion is out of stock now, so I just order the Myofusion Hydro then...
Thanks a lot.
