LOL didnt thought tht my statement would make such a mess. yes i didnt said i gained LEAN mass over 2 weeks period. mostly are definitely fats. that was my very first 2 weeks of serious training, and i gained incredibly fast with the routine and diets my trainer from cf gave me. of course, it slows down with time. now im at my 5th month, current weight 76kg. starting was 58kg.

I posted my question up there but no one reply so trying my luck here.

I have been working out for 2months now and consume weight gainer for about a month after my workout. I just finished my weight gainer and was wondering should I keep consuming weight gainer until like 75kg then cut down back lean or getting lean now with more muscles?

From what I heard from seniors from my gym, they said whey is for muscle growth when u have enough mass? Is that true?

So now question is I should buy whey or weight gainer?

hi all,
wanna get supplement and fatburner to archive good body shape...sure with GYM effort smile.gif

now having issue to choose the right supplement.

let share how my body condition.
173cm, 73kg....normal fat on stomach need to get away....

so i looking at lipo (6x/UC/6 black) few kind which suit my case?? wat different???

and supplement, ISO 100 and super amino 4800....which one better suit my case??
got ppl giv advise

take ISO 100
in ur case, you need LOW FAT LOW CARB LOW lactose to build lean muscle without gain weight and fat.

take super amino 4800
I suggest taking Super amino and Lipo 6 to get the cutting 1st. Then after got cutting only go for whey to pump up the size of cutting.

any good combination of supplement+fatburner also can suggest me

fat burners imo are used to burn the easy fat part. the stubborn part u need to fix ur diet and cardio. u r not overweight and i am pretty sure u wont see much change by taking fat burner. save ur money for something else. protein and bcaa are better combo imo.

My energy drained very fast when doing workout at 2 part in one session. I.e: Biceps & back. Wonder why. Should I take BCAA?

how to take them? can consume together?
as i understand fatburner and BCAA encourage take empty stomach.
