i can ask but i dont think it will...for sure this one will be much much more expensive, considering they also use natural coloring and flavors.

Guys, recently bought some promera con-cret (creatine) for me and my friends, 1 of my friend backed out, so i have some extra tubs, and i guess i have to let it go at a cheaper price. Pm me guys if you want it.

48 servings lemon lime flavour.
bought it off here http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/pmh/concret.html , im letting go at a cheaper price.

Heres my review.
I personally used 2 tubs,
My strength started to gain steadily on the 2nd week which is when the effects started to kick in, quite good i would say as it helped me break through my plateaus, as for muscle gain, i cant see much as im cutting now, atleast i manage to increase my strength while I was cutting, probably maintained my muscles as well (i do take xtend BCAA, so this might not be the only factor).

check out this link for more reviews,

I mean if u r not in a hurry, y not just take the current myofusion available? After all, they r just proteins. By the time your shipment arrives from bb.com, you probably can get from local resellers here and probably even cheaper.

Currently taking ON whey and myo.

+1, I doubt the myofusion probiotic would have any significant difference anyway, marketing gimmick, protein are still protein.

Normally people would only get 1-2lbs (perfect training and diet) of lean muscle per month.
*
^ this. 7kg in two weeks is going to be atleast 6.75kg of fat and 0.25kg of lean mass, just an estimation though. smile.gif

You two might ot be wrong, but making assumptions based on no info at all is simply ridiculous.

You literally do not know how long has he been training, his workout programme, body type, nutrition etc

Its really not uncommon for a beginner to gain a few kilos of muscle within the first few months, for example.

Dont assume when you know nothing.
*
he just said 7kg in 2 weeks, hes not saying a few kilos in few months as you mentioned. Yes few kilos in few months is possible for beginners, but 7kg of muscle in 2 weeks is way too overboard, that said, im not assuming when i know nothing.

because you were agreeing to Mihawk's comment of 1 - 2lbs a month, hence he was replying to your context of a month , not on 2 weeks. But we are talking about the same thing, muscle gain varies with numerous factors.
that's because half the time you're posting nonsense. izglory made a valid statement. it is just he thought that mike was talking on a 2 weeks basis. Just a misunderstanding.
*
Yes, it was just a misunderstanding, i was just clarifying things just now.
I would say around 25pounds of muscles a year for beginners is the right amount, some may gain a little more, some may gain a little less, depending on their nutrition and training. For me, it gets harder as you get more muscular because you're slowly approaching your genetic muscular potential.

And what if I told you 25 lbs can be done within the first six months?

And yes, your gains diminish with time, but not many of us here are even remotely near out "genetic potential" for that to be a large factor.
*
You gained 25lbs of LBM in the first six months?

Nope, but can you say its impossible?
*
Nope not impossible if you have super incredible gene. smile.gif (yup im saying gene is one of the factor for this)
Well, this is a great article I think you(or most people) should read, written by Lyle Mcdonalds (you should know who he is if you know whats keto diet)

Read that White Flood & DY NOX Pump works awesome for many here.

Any recommendations for boosting cognitive functions and extended alertness, without the extra ingredients related to workout/bb (save $)?
Plain ol' coffee just not working too well.

Some ingredients found:
Phenylethylamine
DMAE
Huperzine-A
Pyroglutamate

Driven Sports Craze, can get it from bb.com
