Anyone could recommend me a good mass gainer supply ? It is my 1st time to try a supplement.

I just tried out MHP's Dark Rage sample stick from ego. This thing turn my poo into blue, and the effect is explosive.

Taste: 3.5/10 - taste bad but bareable, compared to animal rage, it is slightly better and alot better than NOX.

Focus: 8/10 - great focus, can last through the day (taken around 7am and it last me til like 4pm)

Endurance: 8/10 lactic acid seems like a myth. When i almost approaching the end of my training, i actually felt a little dizzy (could be caused by pushing too hard) but my body still tell me i m still good to go for another hour.

pump: in terms of vascularity it doesnt shown much effect but the pump is there. But hey, even 3 hours after my training i still feel like my hearth is beating fast.

Overall:Very decent NO. Although the taste are a little bit nasty, i would give it a shot for my next NO. Compared to Animal Rage that i got a sample from Animal pak that i bought, the effect is alot stronger, it keeps ur heart pumping. U might ask, superpump max or Dark matter, i would say superpump max gives u more vascularity, endurance, little bit of focus and ofcoz the taste is awesome, and dark matter gives ur Endurance and focus but the taste is a little "rough". Both are actually pretty accountable product but i would give my vote to dark matter.

I've tried Dymatize Elite Mass....the taste is really good. In my own opinion, i can give it 3.5/5 rating.

After about 3 months of using it, it just made me increased 6kg in my weight.
After i compared it by nutritional contents, it does not contain much carbo....so, maybe that's doesn't increase my weight soo much.

After this, gonna try using muscle juice revo 2600....because the carbo content is 1000g+ if i'm not mistaken.

i used cold water + my protein canot dissolve properly
room temp oso canot,
warm water oni can dissolve

I put my creatine direct in my mouth and drink it down with my whey protein or sometime redbull less sugar...My creatine dissolve immediately if I put in water and cannot be notice in water once dissolve...Never seen creatine hard to dissolve before...BTW I'm taking Micronized Creatine Powder from ON...
