QUOTE(rickysim84 @ Jun 20 2011, 06:52 AM) Also, i heard tat if one want to get a 3 room flat, might as well get 4 room as the price is somewhere near.. Well, tat is what i heard. Also, 2 room is kinda small right? 3 room as minimum will be the best i guess i believe with limited resources, it is better to buy what you need and what you can afford.. like me and i believe most msians can only afford hdb, but for me ultimate goal is the cheapest private property with the largest area, so i can get another property as an investment... 3 room flat means 2+1? is there such a thing as 4 bedroom flat? because if there's i would like to get one to bring my whole family here..

QUOTE(Laine @ Jun 20 2011, 09:12 AM) hmmm... mind to share why 2013? Since thats the set time frame when the BTO's should be fully constructed. Which would be during the recession of 2012-2013.

QUOTE(rickysim84 @ Jun 20 2011, 02:56 AM) i feel like getting a 3 room HDB but at the price of 400k?! i dun think i can finish paying it through out my life eh, if u in KL same thing also what. 25-30 years loan to buy rm400k condo. QUOTE(crapp0 @ Jun 20 2011, 09:18 AM) Since thats the set time frame when the BTO's should be fully constructed. QUOTE(rickysim84 @ Jun 20 2011, 10:02 AM) but since we earning SGD, RM400k seems... not tat hard what i mean is that for KL guys earning RM, it's very very normal to plonk down a 25-30 year loan to pay off an rm400k condo. so it's not any different from us earning SGD and buying an rm400k hdb with also a 25-30 year loan.

my own strategy is to get the one with lowest COV, previously i was aiming all town area like tanjong pagar, bugis and china town, cause near to office, so i can go without a car, think think my strategy change cause the cov is so high i might as well get a car and have a bigger hdb further abit at jurong west / woodland my vote goes to buy now, tomolo can be worse
dun think gov will let the hdb price go down, they can always control the supply and demand and hdb valuation, just hope COV will go down
