Are there many buses that depart from Larkin to KL every Friday? Will I still be able to buy the ticket on the spot or do I need to book early? I wanna try going back to KL once a month.

yeaps... friday more i believe...

i bought mine on the spot when lester ffk us... hehehe, of course i took leave that day and arrive around 4 pm...

it took me 1 minute after reaching there to get a tic... some guy pulled me aside and push a tic to my face... paid him, walked 200m outside of the depot compound and took a dodgy bus...

would advice to buy tics from a counter and also from a reputable bus company...

paid i believe rm 36... if i had remembered it correctly...

btw, your senior ask about you... lol

alamak, sry la last time ffk coz last min got stuff to settle. i took the SG night rider before. i took NR2 from Cityhall MRT back to my previous house in Sembawang, guess what, if i take MRT, i will reach in around 30 mins. i took the NR, i reach home in 1 hour and 15 mins. this is because the NR will make a very very long route before reaching ur designated place.

I believe you would have paid less had you bought the ticket directly from the counter. I'm trying to squeeze the monthly budget for bus within S$40 (2 ways).....not very sure whether that is feasible. I'm going to Larkin to find out next weekend.

My senior ask about wat?

i thought usually ppl take night rider because the mrt is no longer operating?

how many ppl were there and did the bus stop frequently?

I'm a M'sian who wish to finish my degree in Accounting and Finance with Curtin Singapore. Probably, for final semester. While I was there, I want to apply for a job. which means, I would be working and studying at the same time.

What kind of visa I need?

Is there any other thing/requirement I needed to make it happen?

of coz if u wan to get back cheap n dont mind the time then its the best choice biggrin.gif

Yes...night owl or Night rider are for service routes are outside the normal bus operating AND MRT operating hours. Else would have make more sense to the MRT....since MRT would be still faster.

no matter how many phone interviews you attended, you will need to attend at least one face to face interview.

For me, 1 phone interview and 1 face to face interview with my functional manager base in KL, then 1 phone interview with my direct manager in SG.

Dear All,

I rcvd an offer from Spore company (one of the O&G shipyard) as an engineer. I have 5years working experience. They offer me S$3200.
Is it normal rate offered for msian or is it too low? I personally feel it a lil bit too low. Not sure to accept or not yet.

Hi all,

I'm reporting in next month.

Currently looking for room at the East side. Working location at clementi.
Are there any difference in staying location? Such as the better location.

Thx.
