I just opened a sspn-i account yesterday.

Deposited Rm1000 using boost yesterday. May I ask:

1) How long does it take usually to reflect in SSPN-i statement?
2) When will sspn/boost send email to inform about the deposits?


3) what is the maximum amount that can be paid via boost?
RM1000 per transaction. You still can make another RM500 on the same day. If not mistaken, daily spending limit is RM1.5k per day.
Sometimes, if transaction failed, you can retry few times after waiting a while to see if it can go through or not.

4) When boost payment finally reflect on statement, which date does it follows?
It follows the payment date.

5) anybody has experience of money went missing after transfer using boost?
So far no missing when I am using.

Because mine has not reflect in statement and have not receive email.

I received error message after I try to transact again after the first payment of Rm1000

4) When boost payment finally reflect on statement, which date does it follows?

5) anybody has experience of money went missing after transfer using boost?

yesterday i have made 7 boost transactions. today shown in sspn statement of RM1 short each transactions.
supposedly paid out RM8000 (including using Big Pay), now shown in statement as RM7993. Is there a RM1 charges by boost?

There is RM1 service charge by Boost...

try these steps....

btw, you deposited on yesterday by which method?
is it thru agent bank? or ??

i deposited 29/12 thru PTPTN website.

ONE question: if someone deposited tonight around 11.55 before 12am and transaction successful.
Still entitle for the tax relief? lol.

If using this two method, what you can get is just extra points under the apps?

I didn't tried that cos realised dividend will be paid out tomorrow. Instead I was eager to find out if can withdraw via Internet banking but could not find the function.

I know will kena marah do last minute work... but but, just wanna find out:

U made cashback from Boost mission? If yes, then not much gain cuz Boost charge rm1 for each trnx.
Now back to coins reward you earned from paying using Boost. If you're Level 4, means 2x. Every RM1 you pay, will earn you 2 coins. Means, 1k payment to SSPN will earn u 2000 coins, which equivalent to RM20 wallet money. IF your level is lower, then lower the coins.

I have read back few pages and below are my understanding and questions. Please correct me if I am wrong.

1. The official document for tax relief filing is the PENYATA RINGKASAN AKAUN SSPN UNTUK PELEPASAN CUKAI right? Not the "lihat terperinci" statement.

2. We need to wait this penyata to be updated first before we withdraw the money?
NO, as that PENYATA for tax declaration has only "last" year detailed transaction....that leads to the AMAUN LAYAK PERLEPASAN CUKAI BAGI TAHUN TAKSIRAN <last year>
3. When will this penyata be updated?
Most probably in early March
4. Will this penyata sent to us or we should print them ourselves to keep as record?
maybe they did sent, but I never received one from them, I printed out my own and attached to my submitted tax documents for safe keeping.

Thanks for your reply. Regarding point 2, meaning we can withdraw all during Jan 2020, and the penyata still will show 8k is eligible for 2019 taksiran?

Better do it now... worry if there is any cut off by SSPN..
