SSPN website down? Cannot log in

I have read back few pages and below are my understanding and questions. Please correct me if I am wrong.

1. The official document for tax relief filing is the PENYATA RINGKASAN AKAUN SSPN UNTUK PELEPASAN CUKAI right? Not the "lihat terperinci" statement.
2. We need to wait this penyata to be updated first before we withdraw the money?
3. When will this penyata be updated?
4. Will this penyata sent to us or we should print them ourselves to keep as record?

Thanks for your reply. Regarding point 2, meaning we can withdraw all during Jan 2020, and the penyata still will show 8k is eligible for 2019 taksiran?

Let say I deposit 10k in 2019, then I withdraw 10k in Jan 2020, then I deposit 16k in Dec 2020 again. For tax filing in April 2021, can I get tax relief 8k?

In my case, sumbangan bersih 2020 is 16k-10k=6k?

Anyone withdraws from SSPN already?

Hi, for the “Kempen Gong Xi Ang Pow”, when can we withdraw the money but still stand a chance to win the prize?

I have 2 kids, hence 2 accounts. 1st account has been deposited with 16k in 2019 and 2020. I have withdrawn the money inside this account, now left with RM20. 2nd account is opened in 2021. Which one is correct to be entitled for 8k tax relief for FY2021?
1. Deposit 15980 into 1st account, deposit 8k into 2nd account
2. Only deposit 8k in 2nd account

Anyone facing issue deposit SSPN with Shopeepay? I paid RM999 then direct refund. Tried twice also same.
