You can withdraw to any bank via PTPTN’s web portal or app,
but limited to RM1,000 per withdrawal and you have to wait for the previous withdrawal to clear before you can initiate another withdrawal, usually a few days. If you want to withdraw more than 1K it has to be Bank Islam, will charge 50 sen per withdrawal, and transfer is instant.

Yes, via the app but max only RM 1k per transaction and have to wait it is cleared only, can only put in the following requests.

MyPTPTN is only RM 1k per transaction regardless of banks. Once it’s cleared only you can perform second transaction.

If you use BIMB app you can perform withdrawal (>RM1k) using their app and service charge is RM 0.50 per transaction.

Yes, I know. That's why I opened a Bank Islam Basic Savings Account-i. Still, only RM1K/day. Maybe I need to go the branch to clarify.

There’s nothing wrong with your BIMB account. You need to withdraw using BIMB app and not MyPTPTN. MyPTPTN is only RM 1k per transaction.

you got the whole process wrong.

RM1k/day limit is set at myptptn app and web portal. NOTHING to do with bank islam.

actual process:

1) Go to Bank Islam branch/ATM
2) Link your SSPN account at Bank Islam ATM
3) Once LINKED, you can use Bank Islam App/web portal to withdraw fund from SSPN account directly into Bank Islam SA only. RM0.50 transfer fee applies. Better to do this with large sum (iinm, up tp RM50k), rather than multiple small-ish amount.

... again, myptptn app/web is still not involved throughout the process...

4) Once SSPN fund credited into Bank Islam SA, just do the normal DuitNow Transfer from Bank Islam web/app to external banks. Transfer fee RM0.50 applies if >RM5k. Just make multiples of RM5k transfers, no fee applies.

For ganjaran 1%, I plan to deposit on 30th and 31st July 2025, should be in time right, any new changes so far that can invalidate my assumption there....

The risk is that website/FPX system have problem.

I'm planning to do that as well, but its not risk-free. Also do take note the FPX limit for your particular bank (most are 50k but I know at least one bank that has some stupid 10k transaction limit).
