QUOTE(guy3288 @ Jun 17 2024, 11:54 AM) Whoa sure or not? I deposit on 1.6.24, sspni before cutt off date But sspni updated as 11.6.24 after cutt off date That deposit can get june divided? Sounds too good to be true, for current year Previous year yes, dividend already paid before that mess happened i know, so that mess of delayed dates have no effect QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jun 17 2024, 11:44 PM) Even with old system, early month transactions will take time to update as it is a manual process (and they're updating for dividend every month too), but mid month will be faster. We didn't care because the date shown in system would be transaction date not posting date. Now new system they show new date then only we notice more. For me, I don't play the date so exact so I don't really mind. There are better vehicles nowadays anyway. QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jun 20 2024, 10:30 PM) As if its a huge secret, those of us here for a while all know the cut off date. What I'm saying is that it really doesn't matter, especially when you're talking for the relatively small amount you can deposit via ewallet (1k per account per day). Everyone here is ONLY SPECULATING that the posting date is the 'new' thing that PTPTN is using to calculate cut off, when in fact even years ago every start of the month someone will complain that "why not yet reflected in system" after a week. And then eventually it will be reflected, but show transaction date, and based on actual calculation of returns the dividend does include those amounts. Now NO ONE has calculated whether the amounts which are transacted in first few days but posted after the 6th is included in the dividend, but people just need to jump and complain as if its confirmed not received. QUOTE(guy3288 @ Jun 20 2024, 11:14 PM) bro you tak tahu lah cakap sama you pun susah 1)EW deposit small only ?-salah 2) Last time dividend paid for deposit done on 1st 5 days - betul updated few days later - betul apa hairan tu betul betul? pasal after updated it is exact date same as deposit date - sure lah betul now updated as after cut off date -still can dapat dividend -nah go dreaming common sense lah why sspni set the system like that.. QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jun 21 2024, 11:17 AM) Pandai to say 'common sense' on matters you guessing only. Ever done any web design work before? Assuming that new website design is somehow coming together with a backend change, rather than the simpler explanation that they're just displaying a different field now? myPTPTN (new portal) has been around for a few years now. All along, the date displayed on myPTPTN's statement is not the transaction date. The date shown on the old portal's statement is the transaction date. Dividend calculation is based on the transaction date. This can be seen clearly when both portals were still accessible.Malas nak explain panjang2, carry on complaining if it makes you happy. Starting from early 2023, the old portal had been discontinued. Hence, the actual transaction date can no longer be seen on SSPN's website. However, the transaction date was still used to calculate the dividend. I know because I had calculated the dividend and it was correct (credited in 2024). So, the only thing that changed is showing the processed date rather than the transaction date in the statement. They don't label it properly and simply display it as date, hence the confusion. QUOTE(MUM @ May 28 2024, 01:13 PM) Simpanan bersih. I'm sorry...my calculation are not good. assuming no dividend received value. You got balance 22k at start of the year You take out 20k. You got balance of 2k, then You added in 8k this year. Your new balance is 10k. Your simpanan bersih for this year is -12k (-20k out +8k in) I dont understand. |

You can take out anytime.... but if you take out how to get tax deduction for it? Or dividend for the months the money is not there? So far got multiple forumers explain for you specifically how to calculate, giving dates and example amounts, still cannot understand? When only I can take out the money in my account for that 50K? If you started the year with 50k, by 31st december you must have added 8k of your money in there. If you took out the 50k, you must add 58k back. This is not complicated maths. |

QUOTE(rinapua @ Jun 23 2024, 10:32 PM) For example: now I got balance 50K in there, this year I add in 8K. Balance 58K. Whoa no one seems can explain clearly to you. When only I can take out the money in my account for that 50K? Most important question is what was your balance on 31.12.23? Was it rm50k? If yes you are stuck now, and you cant withdraw your rm50k until 1.1.25 if you want tax relief rm8000 for year 2024 The trick is to withdraw as much as possible after 6.12.23, keep lowest by 31.12.23 . Then if you have rm58k today, you can withdraw rm50k lah If the balance rm8000 is all your own deposits since 1.1.24 .and you have to keep that nett deposit rm8000 till 1.1.25 to be eligible for tax relief rm8000 for 2024 This post has been edited by guy3288: Jun 23 2024, 11:04 PM |

Dammit you guys have serious maths comprehension problem when it comes to SSPN.
By December 31st 2023 total is 48k By December 31st 2024 total is 48k + 8k = 56k So whatever money you withdraw within 2024, so you take out 20k make sure by 31st December it's 56k. By depositing 28k Stop making everything so complicated. This post has been edited by Avangelice: Jun 24 2024, 02:37 PM |
