ZR more steady now, open phase by phase, not KR2, open some units and hijack the good units priced later. ZR is really a good buy at below RM 350 psf last year, those booked at RM 310 psf, already paper gain at least RM 100-130, since now selling at RM 450 psf.

they buy 1 for million property but you buy 2 for million meaning you more value for money! rclxms.gif

only first block selling for such price...somemore i think not all units for first block selling with dat cheap price coz they only open for very short time...

1st block only open to internal, internal's ah gong ah sum, relative, kawan, and business partners..
even Trinity supporters like Zest n Heron owners dont get the priviledge..
A friend got lubang and manage to book 1st block, but got shortsighted and thought market gonna crash, and she release her unit, what a lost.. if not, at least 100psft paper gain or RM100k gain by now.

Ya, 4 units per quadrant is what attracts me, all corner units. Not forgetting 8ft high doors, grand entrance. I'm pretty curious how many units have been hold back. Next week I will sign my LO with Ambank rclxm9.gif , gonna see you all soon neighbours!!! thumbup.gif

Seriously below 450k for ZR with it's 1200 sq ft size, it's damm damm cheap.

Hi guys,
Been following this thread for a couple of months and managed to get a smaller unit a day before it release on sat. Mine is tower 2 type A lower floor facing south. Price increased by 20k. For investment purposes (roi) or own stay smile.gif

Just came back from the lrt sites and wondering the lrt station was equal to which level of KR2 floor unit? The station seems to be very high flooring up to 4th floor building. Anyone can confirm?

herm.. i m more interested to know how u get type A lower floor before the release.. hmm.gif is it the one with private garden?

I am equally curious which floor where balcony is direct facing lrt .. it seems lrt is on a much higher ground..
