Imagine almost 90% of KR2 already booked/sold, due to price increase of material,they delayed S&P so as to revise the selling price, that will be totally unethical from a business point of view. They will take into consideration the number of cancellation if they implement price revision. From my opinion, they're already making tonnes of money even with increase in cost of building materials over time. I will call Lawyer next week to enquire more details, will keep you all posted. I dont think they will increase price after so long of booking made to the stakeholders ( although they can do so in such booking bfore AP & DL obtained ). If they increase by 20-30k each, all of us have to re-apply loan again and most likely, a lot ppl fed up n end up unable to get loan or not the same margin. It will stirr a lot of buyers decision to call it off and cancel purchase ...

Need to check with you guys ... UOB is after discount price rite ? Which mean they loan the price after the 10% Down payment ?
Lets say RM 5xxK - 10% = RM 5xxK <=-- they borrow me from this ? and if 80% mean i need to pay the 10% on construction level rite ?
