That will be the risk if they do not honor us the booking price, bcos there is always a loophole for them if they decided to increase the price since anything can be changed during the booking stage..
That is what I am afraid of if the waiting for SNP is too long.. price of other new launches have bcome steeper and steeper which makes KR2 like a real good bargain right now.. if they still honor us the same price, it will be good...

nothing to complain now, just the blardy long waiting for SNP.. doh.gif

according to the booking form, either party has the right to withdraw from the deal at anytime during the booking stage and fully refundable..

Means developer has the right to increase the price too if they feel able to fetch higher price.
Hope this does not happen or else many will definitely cancel the bkg.

I don't think developer will resort to such tactic, it will ruin their reputation. Imagine almost 90% of KR2 already booked/sold, due to price increase of material,they delayed S&P so as to revise the selling price, that will be totally unethical from a business point of view.

They will take into consideration the number of cancellation if they implement price revision. From my opinion, they're already making tonnes of money even with increase in cost of building materials over time. I will call Lawyer next week to enquire more details, will keep you all posted.

agree!wtf is they increase price..plan nt approved, can sold out like tat a.geng! I hope my final product wun turn out as indo n bangala place..

I dont think they will increase price after so long of booking made to the stakeholders ( although they can do so in such booking bfore AP & DL obtained ).

If they increase by 20-30k each, all of us have to re-apply loan again and most likely, a lot ppl fed up n end up unable to get loan or not the same margin. It will stirr a lot of buyers decision to call it off and cancel purchase ...

Hey to All Bro.

Need to check with you guys ... UOB is after discount price rite ?
Which mean they loan the price after the 10% Down payment ?

Lets say RM 5xxK - 10% = RM 5xxK <=-- they borrow me from this ?
and if 80% mean i need to pay the 10% on construction level rite ?
