Twincharger, Allianze still approached us for the loan but did inform that they hit quota. Did not know of the rest as only Allianze and PBB agents are there.

Hi Xccess, can provide me AM Bank agent contact? are their response good and fast?
Glad to be part of KR2. Hopefully the bank loan can be approved.

I heard that Kiara Resources used to be one of Sime Darby's contractor, not sure how true this is. Perhaps those who have experienced in this matter can share abit?

Btw, they were suppose the main con for The Zest then, anyhow, they withdraw the Heron Resiency and The Zest ( before it launch few months later ) due to some mutual consent.

For KR1 and KR2, the developer is 1st timer. Yes, Kiara Resources Properties Sdn Bhd which has related to the Knox Group ( who owns some shares in KRP S/B ), so the company is first time developer but the background is not really a first timer. Btw, for this project, they are JV with Knox Halim Sdn Bhd, the company of Knox Group finally appear to the market as it's own developer. Kudos to Tan Sri Halim to spent all his power to get this 2 pieces of land under the nose of nearest competitor.... lol ...

Knox Sierra Sdn Bhd, the developer for upcoming Rimba Residence BK, is also a member of Knox Group. This time, they dont JV with anyone. So, that's why people tend to say, they going to make this project as big as possible.

haha, football kaki as always. well if they can just provide a big screen for live screening, I don't mind even if there is no cafe. Hmm..anyone staying at the top most floor with Astro?? can connect it to the sky garden!! brows.gif

As for CL final, I have hopes for Chelsea to go all the way, beating Bayern at their home turf!! KTBFFH!!!

Let me know if u guys r meeting up for the finals, would like to meet up if I am not goin back to hometown up north.

got the offer from ambank with 90% loan, 40 yrs but require to open an account with a certain amount of money, but plan to wait for PBB to reply. Somehow PBB only offer 80% loan coz was told by the PBB consultant it was due to the 7% discount from developer hmm.gif

Btw, was told by SA, they not sure whether the developer willing to build a bistro or cafeteria at Sky Garden to watch football live. It is a plan garden, mini pool and etc to have a scenic view.

But, good news was, there would be a hotel style Bistro at Facilities Floor, a poolside Bistro and just next to the waterfall made fountain. Facing the glass walls to defer away from Kesas noise. It's great, but I still prefer Sky Garden as the venue to watch football live.

We can set our dates, to watch Euro 2016 by June 2016 at Bistro, KR2.

P/S : What are the best and most happening mamak nearby Bkt Jalil or The Link to watch our CPL Finals Chelskis vs Bayer Mo.
