according to the UOB banker, the bank itself got lend money to the developer for the projects and they have done proper analysis on it so it should be a safe developer. my sister is a banker too and she said if the overseas bank dare to take the risk then we should not worry too much smile.gif . however, this is just her opinion and experience. initially, i just worried that the developer can't get the approval from government but now is ok as the approval has been granted rclxms.gif . i understand that the developer did reserve some units in kiara 1 for themselves for renting purpose thus the available units are limited for public. So, i think the developer will do the same for kiara 2 as both of the projects are located near to future LRT thus they know what is the selling point here. To know more about the developer, you can visit kiara 1 forum.

he is refering to other developer but not kiara. sierra has been completed wihtin 3 years construction period and the appreciation is more than 100% upon pv.

anyway, is LRT project 100% confirm build? government really cannot depends...

no information on the pricing yet but for sure will not be less than 400k even for the smallest units, thats what i think lar...the LRT station behind KR2 is confirmed and if not mistaken the constuction work for the LRT has started. as for the road from the LRT station to KM 1 that side is still unsure, as per the SA they said it is still under propose and no concrete answer to this. with the LRT station just walking distance its good, and i heard that the package will be the same with KR1 7%discount, DIBS, free air cond and water heater as well as kitchen cabinet with hod and hoob. expect it to launch somewhere september smile.gif
