no information on the pricing yet but for sure will not be less than 400k even for the smallest units, thats what i think lar...the LRT station behind KR2 is confirmed and if not mistaken the constuction work for the LRT has started. as for the road from the LRT station to KM 1 that side is still unsure, as per the SA they said it is still under propose and no concrete answer to this. with the LRT station just walking distance its good, and i heard that the package will be the same with KR1 7%discount, DIBS, free air cond and water heater as well as kitchen cabinet with hod and hoob. expect it to launch somewhere september
