Kiara Residence booth was really quite, price at 400psf and leasehold. On 6 Acres land, with 700++ units.
BOTH have same maintenance fee, they predict 18sen psf. << might be wrong, did not write it down. but they are the same.
So who would you choose, if you were to invest?
