You will see the different of lease hold and free hold when you come to the time when you want to sell your unit and when you do refinancing.. I have many friends and family got their face slapped and woke up to know how Bank and people buying 2nd handed property. I just advice if can, go for freehold. If you stick to believe there is no different, you still can go ahead. I don't want to raise another argument regarding this freehold and leasehold thing, but for me I will get freehold if I can unless the area I am buying no freehold and I must get one there.. Just my stupid 2C. tongue.gif

Went to iproperty premium collection last weeked,

ZR is at 384 psf, and freehold, Block A and B sold. Starting C. Asked the sales person, y u think ur better then kiara residence... Lan si and answered freehold, I also know la.. vmad.gif lol... he could have spoken at a better tone.

Kiara Residence booth was really quite, price at 400psf and leasehold. On 6 Acres land, with 700++ units.

BOTH have same maintenance fee, they predict 18sen psf. << might be wrong, did not write it down. but they are the same.

So who would you choose, if you were to invest?

i agree with joeekh, people renting for a house, extra 400-500 is a lot for them..a lot of my friend working in kl/pj and renting a room/house in kl..so i know what they think....

for the extra amount of 400-500 for example, they willing to get a car and pay for the installment rather pay for the extra rental.....

my opinion between KR and parklane as discussed, parklane got a lot of shoplots there...extra convenience compare with KR, people will much parklane for renting..

car rental + petrol + parking + time is equal to how much? especially those working in KL.

The placid nature of this area is due to go up a notch with the advent of strategic transport links. Maju Expressway – the shortest link between the commercial centre of KL and Putrajaya – brings you to Bukit Bintang in less than 15 minutes, without traffic jams.

MEX highway is so vital for me !

Only my personal comments:

Looking at the parking style outside Bukit OUG Condo already scaring... Even with the new connection road built by Trinity Group, KR1 & KR2 have to passby the Bukit OUG Condo. Unless u take LRT...

However, KR offers very attractive package & near to LRT...
