according to the UOB banker, the bank itself got lend money to the developer for the projects and they have done proper analysis on it so it should be a safe developer. my sister is a banker too and she said if the overseas bank dare to take the risk then we should not worry too much . however, this is just her opinion and experience. initially, i just worried that the developer can't get the approval from government but now is ok as the approval has been granted . i understand that the developer did reserve some units in kiara 1 for themselves for renting purpose thus the available units are limited for public. So, i think the developer will do the same for kiara 2 as both of the projects are located near to future LRT thus they know what is the selling point here. Think twice before buying this kiara 2 unit as the progress of phase 1 is damn slow. I bought a unit from Kiara 1 1/2 a year ago and have not received even the stamped copy from the developer till now. According to the agreement, the project shall be completed after 3 years from SnP date but now they can't even finalise the SnP. I bought it because of the nice entry package previously but looking at the progress, it is really not encouraged to risk your money.

The sales guy said the S&P already passed to lawyer for stamping but the lawyer told me the developer has not signed the S&P yet so unable to do stamping, really confusing . By the way, any Kiara 1 buyer here has obtained the stamped SnP?

The lawyer said they only received part of the signed SnP from developer but the SnP date is not confirmed yet by developer . According to the sales agent, kiara 2 might be launched in Oct.
