I do not think that the units will be selling below 400K. If I am not wrong, the units in Kiara II are bigger than Kiara I. For 1200sqft in Kiara, it is already selling at 400K and above.
Just came out of the KR sales office in Jalil Link, got the following info on KR:-
KR2 :
- 3 blocks x 30 storeys x 8 units = 720 units
- Dimensions tentatively similar to KR1 - i.e. from 1,000 sf (not yet confirmed)
KR1 Bumi units :
- will be released when construction reaches 60% (now construction not even started yet

)
- psf prices will then follow KR2 (and KR2 prices will be at least 5% more than KR1's prices
According to sales person, KR is the first property development venture of this developer (Kiara Resources Properties Sdn Bhd), i.e. no track record.
